The workouts in this program are designed to be done by anyone, regardless of age, pain, or prior experience with fitness. You are stronger and more capable than you think. It's time for you to improve your body awareness and learn what you can achieve with your powerful mind and body.
There are 7 workouts for each module that can all be repeated as many times as you need. Each workout can range from 20-60+ minutes long depending on how many rounds and repetitions you choose to do.
