Please Reach out to our trainers for exercise demonstration. Post you complete week 1, please repeat the same exercise every week for next 8-12 weeks and start with our advanced plan!

Absolutely! This plan is specifically built for beginners. Every movement can be scaled up or down using lighter weights or resistance bands. 


No, you can do most exercises at home using a pair of dumbbells or even household items like water bottles. Resistance bands are optional but help increase challenge. 


Stick with this same weekly routine for 8–12 weeks. The goal is to improve form, strength, and consistency. You’ll get better each week as your body adapts. 


Yes! Combine this workout with 30 minutes of daily cardio (treadmill, cycling, or stairmaster) and a healthy, balanced diet to boost fat loss. 


Focus on lean protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats. Drink plenty of water and avoid skipping meals — your body needs fuel to perform.
